Usage method

1. Push to the place where the scissor lift is needed for maintenance, and connect the appropriate power supply voltage;

2. The outrigger shall be opened in turn and fixed firmly;

3. Place the required maintenance tools on the lifting platform and press the up button to rise;

4. After rising to a fixed height, stop pressing the rising button to fix it to the rising position for working;

5. When the work is finished, lower and retract the outrigger.

Matters needing attention

1. The lifting platform must be placed on a solid and flat ground to prevent overturning during operation;

2. Work according to the load specified on the name plate, and overload use is strictly prohibited;

3. Press the “up” or “down” button to keep the table still. Stop the machine immediately for inspection;

4. If the lifting platform can not be lifted and the overflow valve whistle is heard, stop the machine immediately for inspection, otherwise the oil pump will overheat quickly and suffer serious damage. The overflow valve is used to protect the safety of the machine and operators, and can not be adjusted at will.

5. Except for electrical professionals, no one is allowed to disassemble or disassemble electrical appliances at will to avoid electric shock or wrong connection;

6. When the lifting platform is working, the hands, feet and clothes should be prevented from being squeezed;

7. After the lifting platform is lifted, if it needs to stay for a period of time or needs to enter under the worktable for maintenance, the lifting platform must be supported by a strut to prevent the table from falling down suddenly and injuring people;

8. Do not arbitrarily adjust the relief valve. The hydraulic components in the hydraulic system work under the specified pressure. If the pressure is too high and the relief valve is still not opened, the worktable may suddenly fall down, causing damage to people, machines and objects.
