Main performance characteristics:

High rigidity (deformation) of the body and slider 1/8000: small deformation and long accuracy retention time.

Use pneumatic wet clutch brake (integrated type): environmental protection, no pollution, low noise, long service life.

The slider adopts four-corner and eight-sided guide path, which can carry a large eccentric load to ensure the long-term and stable maintenance of stamping accuracy.

Slider guide rail adopts "high-frequency quenching" and "rail grinding process", with little wear, high precision, long precision retention time, and improved mold life.

Use forced thin oil circulation lubrication device: energy saving, environmental protection, with automatic alarm function, can increase the number of stamping by adjusting the oil volume.

The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy material 42CrMo, which is 1.3 times stronger than 45 steel and has a longer service life.

The copper sleeve is made of tin-phosphorus bronze ZQSn10-1, whose strength is 1.5 times higher than that of ordinary BC6 brass. It adopts a highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device, which can effectively protect the service life of the punch and die.
